This is a "B" grade route that includes rock scrambling and making use of fixed climbing aids such as staples and ladders. Not suitable for those with a fear of heights.
Descend via Cable Car
These routes allow you to experience views from the eastern and western sides of Table Mountain. Also available: ascend via Cable Car and hike to Constantia Nek via 5 Dams, Kloof Nek via Kasteelspoort, or Kirstenbosch via Skeleton Gorge.
Platteklip Gorge

A more relaxing hike
On this hike we visit the 5 reservoirs of Table Mountain. You also have the opportunity to explore the museum and the steam locomotive that worked during the waterworks construction project.
